+4 Hally

There are two ways to do this quest, both follow the same steps. 1. You go to the bottom of the prison and enter the maze with a uncut green gem in your hand. Find the mino and kill him and take his axe. Take the Axe to the man in the -3 prison and trade the axe for the +4 hally. 2. You kill the Mino in Frore and take his Axe and trade it for the +4 hally.
